Each year the Youth Club puts on a wonderful show for families, friends and invited guests. Both Rehearsal and Concert are in Starlight Auditorium at CHP RSL Club.
Please note that the Club requires all visitors attending the rehearsal / concert must show their current CHP RSL Club Membership Card / or sign in as a temporary member of the CHP RSL Club. Membership to CHP RSL Youth Club does not allow direct entry to the CHP RSL Club premises.
Full Dress Rehearsal for all Youth Club members: Sunday 15th November 8a m – 11am Dance 11:30am – 12:30am Gymnastics
Rehearsal Sunday 21st November CHP RSL Club Students must wear Youth Club Uniform, NO THONGS. All Dance Youth Club Members must be at the club by 7:50am ready to go for rehearsal starting at 8am.
Gymnastics members by 11:20am ready for 11:30am start.
DVD is for sale $55 cash or cheque (payable to CHP RSL Youth Club) only.
There is to be NO filming of the concert on the day. Please be mindful of other patrons using the Club facilities. As we are in the Club please respect the environment – no running around, NO student is to leave the auditorium without a parent, NO children in the bar area. Please clean the tables and surrounding area when leaving putting all rubbish, cups etc one table NO child to be left unattended in the auditorium.
Concert Sunday 28 November
· Students must wear Youth Club Uniform, no costumes/ dance or gym wear is to be worn onto Club premises. NO THONGS
· All Gymnastics students need to be at the Club by 9:30am.
· Dance students need to be at the club by 11am.
· Once students are in dressing rooms no student is permitted to leave the dressing rooms until the show is over, no participating students in the auditorium at any time. It is requested that any guests who are coming to watch the show do not enter the dressing rooms – space is at a premium.
There is to be NO photography or filming throughout the concert.
