It was a great pleasure to witness our Youth Club Gymnastics Members in action at their second competition at Merrylands RSL Youth Club. We had more competitors enter this competition and they have all achieved fantastic results.

 

Girls Results as follows:-
Age 14 -24 years

Courtney Mahoney  -1st Vault, Bar and Floor , 2nd  Beam , 1st Overall Girl for her age group. Courtney also won Age Champion trophy for both competitions
Age 14 -24 years

Helen Eade  -1st Beam, 2nd Bar, 3rd Vault and 2nd Overall Girl on the day
Age 8 - 10 years

Mikaela Pappou - 2nd on Vault

Boys Results as follows:-

Age 8 - 10 years
Joel Wallbank-Hutton -1st on Vault, Parallel Bars, 2nd bars, floor. and 1st overall for his age group. Joel also won his Age Champion trophy for both competitions.

A big thankyou to Andrew for his dedication, to his assistant coaches and of course to all the parents for attending both competitions. With such excellent results next year we hope to see many more children enter these competitions.

On the 14^th June the following gymnastics members competed at the NSW RSL Youth Club’s Novice Gymnastics Competition, which was held at Merrylands RSL Youth Club.

Although it was a very cold day it was a wonderful experience for all our Gymnastics Members who competed. We are extremely proud of the outstanding results achieved by all. Huge thanks to the Bower family for all the organisation, training and support on the day.
